I was attracted by the name "Bodhidashi" and as a Nara lover, I had to drink it, but I was not a fan of the counterpunch of alu-ness that is typical of sake, this is Mimuro Sugi.
I was afraid to try it... but it had a good balance of aroma of wooden vats, neat acidity, and bitterness, and was so tasty I had to straighten up my residence.
It may be a selfish preconception, but "sacred and cool" is an expression I pulled out of my poor vocabulary.
It would be a shame not to drink it, let alone eat it 😊.
