Sono Kangiku is very popular for its juicy sake. The sake is made by polishing the precious Aizan up to 50%, and is available only once a year without filtration! The label is stylish. The aroma is like pineapple. The acidity from the subtle sweetness is piquant. The Kangiku Aizan I drank two days later had a mellower sweetness and acidity, and the tanginess was gone. No wonder it is so popular.
