Shisora純米吟醸本生スノーラベル
loopy
Here is a chart diagram for my own drinking comparison. I am sure some of you will point out that this is not true! I am sure some of you will point this out to me. I would appreciate it if you could tell me.
(My own impression of the drinks)
I compared the Purple Space Snow Label and Strawberry Label. Both are equally colorless and transparent in appearance. The aroma of the Strawberry Label has more of a ginjo aroma. In the mouth, it tastes sweet and sour with a sourness that prevails. The tongue feels a bit irritated, but not to the point of tingling. There is a pleasant bitter aftertaste. We are looking forward to seeing how it changes after the bottle is opened. The sweetness is not as strong as the strawberry label, and I prefer the snow label. The yeast is the same, so is the difference in taste due to the difference in rice? I prefer Miyamanishiki.
