keikou
Aomori Prefecture! A little more than 1000 yen at Aeon, a reasonable price.
First, a sip at room temperature. The gorgeous aroma typical of daiginjo gently escapes. Fruity.
I want to warm it up, so I warm it up. Warmed to lukewarm. The aroma increases further. The aroma is assertive, but naturally not bad. Somewhat luxurious.
Hot. The aroma is less assertive and the spiciness comes out more. As a dry sake lover, the balance is exquisite. The aroma has not disappeared.
Aomori is a nice place. I want to go there someday.
