Purchased at Hasegawa in Tokyo station.
There are many 1-gallon bottles here, I wonder if they are original? It's very handy for drinking on the train and easy to take home.
The rice used is Yamadanishiki.
Is this retro label also original of Hasegawa-san?
In terms of specifications, it seems to be the same as the Ginjo of "Toichi".
It has a good balance and sharpness, and the mouthfeel is crisp and tight with a good bitterness.
It's not bad!
