コタロー
Opened this bottle on Halloween👻 night.
The aroma is slightly sour, malted rice, and apple?
When you drink it, the honey apple-like sweetness spreads, but it quickly converges with a citrus-like sourness and spice, and then it finishes with bitterness. This is something interesting!
Although it is only 16%, and you can feel more alcohol than other Seasonal Akabu for a moment, the clarity through the throat is still there as usual, and on the contrary, it is amazing how smooth it is at 16%.
After a few days, the taste becomes safe to drink while thinking, "It's Akabu. It is a sour slurp and the spicy taste is not so noticeable.
The sourness that slowly creeps up on the side of the tongue is delicious, and it's so refreshingly sweet and acidic that it makes you want to drink the next one.
It was a delicious sake with the excitement of Halloween and the stability of an Akabu sake 🎃.
