Melon-like sweetness attacks, and the sweetness and umami linger in the aftertaste. The aftertaste leaves a bitter taste of alcohol on the palate.
It is so easy to drink that you end up drinking it all the time because there is no alcohol feeling at the moment of drinking.
Is it a food wine? It is more like a dessert wine.
