I don't know what it is, but now telework is recommended. Lucky me🤞I was going to telework every Friday and join mahjong, but they said I can't do it every week. They want me to be fair. I'm totally halfway there.
The liquor store I frequent suddenly started promoting Sawanohana. I have been to the brewery but was not able to sample it, so I decided to try it outside.
It is a Junmai Daiginjo. It is elegant, sweet, and refreshing. The juicy acidity is nice. Naturally, it is not as sweet as Beaumichel.
No wonder it is recommended. I would like to try Junmai. Maybe I'll buy some.
