In March, I've been very busy at work... 😓It's times like this that I need a good drink to get me in the mood! I've been thinking about what kind of sake I'm going to drink today after I get home and endure the hard work😁.
Now, this time's sake is "Kido" Haru no Kaukaze. This is my second post following last year😊.
The aroma is mild. I'm sure you've heard of it, but I've never heard of it. It's a refreshing and light spring sake🌸.
Designated Name：Junmai Ginjo Namaishu
Rice polishing ratio：Koji rice 50%, Kake rice 55
Alcoholic content: 15%.
Rice used: Gohyakumangoku
