ララの酒
I drank this sake in the spring and summer and liked it so much that I found the information about the fall sake coming out and got it at a nearby Sosada Shuken. 😊
The mouthfeel is smooth and smooth, with no carbonation because it is fire-aged. The sweetness of ripe pears spreads out well. It is not persistent and overall refreshing. The citrusy, tangerine peel-like sourness and bitterness lingers for a while. The citrusy acidity and bitterness is still good👍.
The label is somewhat idyllic and looks like a watercolor painting, inviting nostalgia.
I'm not sure what to expect from this 🐈🐈.
