やまと
Abe Genshu
Slightly higher at 18% alcohol
I'm usually not a fan of brewed sake and only choose junmai sake, but I was curious and bought this one.
I noticed after I bought it that the label "Abe" in hiragana is standard, but this one is in kanji, which is a little unusual.
The color is yellow.
It has a thick mouthfeel and sweetness.
It was described as whisky-like, but I don't have much experience with whisky, so I'm not sure what it is.
My experience is that Polish mead is like this, but I wonder if aged liquors are like this.
It was a unique taste!
It made me want to drink a regular Abe!
