ハイエース Previous Kinomoto Drive
A quick stop at Tomita Sake Brewery, just around the corner from Yamaji Brewery, to pick up a few items 👀.
Not much of a ginjo aroma😅.
I guess it should be cooled down to 8-10 degrees Celsius.
You can taste the soft sweetness and umami of the rice and the crisp acidity when it is poured into a glass and the temperature is just a little bit higher.
It's not the most trendy sake, but it's delicious!
