espThis was my first Akabu and it was a delicious sake with good acidity.
It seems to have a theme, with the following themes.
(1) Must be junmai sake
(2) It must be a pure sake.
(3) Must have a balance of flavor and aroma.
(4) Must have 13% alcohol by volume.
(5) Slightly gaseous
