Lunch on last year's Christmas trip to Nagano.
We had a small bottle at a soba restaurant near Zenkoji Temple.
It was too dry and refreshing to go well with soba.
Nagano's sake is a good choice for a mid-meal drink.
The fried buckwheat noodles were also good.
