When I visited Chiba in April, I was served a bottle of this sake on draft. In fact, I received a bottle of this sake last fall from Izumiya for my home stock. It was not intended to be aged, but I kept putting it off because it was fire-brewed.
It is a little bit sweet, but delicious. Even if it is not a monthly release, this is enough to satisfy me for everyday use only 😋.
