hikarudayo
Since it is made by Kamerei Shuzo, I bought it thinking it would go well with a meal,
When I returned home and looked at the data label, I found that it was extremely sweet, with a sake degree of -25!
Is this a terrible sake?
Later, my brother also bought a bottle and drank it first, so I asked him what he thought,
Oh well,
I first drank a little while making sushi, and it was indeed sweet,
It's sweet, but it has a sharp taste and the sweetness doesn't linger, so it seems to be okay.

I served it with spring wildflowers and leftovers from the fridge,
Oops,
When combined with a meal, the sweetness disappears and the pungency comes out, and the acidity is just right,
I drank half of it in one day.
Today's beer is Kirin's Spring Valley Black,
Kirin's Spring Valley Black.
The black color makes me wonder if it has a strong flavor. It is a delicious beer with a sweet taste.
I find that I often buy Spring Valley for the seasonal season.
