<Zero sweetness, fully fermented, ultra dry.
This one says "Fully fermented +19". It is very dry. The highest sake level I have ever had was +20 for Aizu Ryugasawa Super Dry, so it is almost the highest.
So, what kind of sake is it? I was afraid to drink it.
The aroma is moderately sweet. Yes, it does not seem to be sweet at all.
The mouthfeel is smooth and mildly delicious. When it is cold at first (5℃), it is so smooth! But when it warms up, it really shows its full potential and is delicious!
There is not even a hint of sweetness, not even acidity. It finishes with a crisp, clean cut, leaving a delicious aftertaste. It is a perfect fermentation. There is no sugar left at all, and it is all converted to alcohol. However, it is surprisingly easy to drink because it feels so smooth on the palate.
It's not exactly Ghibli, but it's like the iron sword in "Cagliostro's Castle. It can cut anything.
