It is a Junmai Daiginjo with a full of stories, but it had been sleeping at home for about 3 years.
It has a beautiful color of mitsubuki (wild golden yellow), a mild taste on the palate, a full-bodied umami and spiciness that seeps in and lingers on the palate, and the alcohol that leaves the nose is refreshing.
