A bottle brewed with "Yamadanishiki and Akaban Omachi". It is a bottle to support all those who are starting a new journey, starting a new year, or starting a new chapter in their lives. The label is decorated with a motif of wings and the sun with a wish to encourage everyone's back.
The fruity aroma is reminiscent of apple honey and strawberries. Slight carbonation and acidity, soft and mellow sweetness. The sweetness lingers in the aftertaste. Compared to Aizan, the impression is similar, but Aizan has a more lingering sweet and sour taste. Both are very good sake.
