Nice to meet you 🍶. It is a junmai ginjo active nigori raw sake made from "Hitogochi" sake rice produced in Nagano Prefecture, and if you are not careful, the sake will spurt out when you open the bottle 😅.
It is a sweet and delicious nigori sake, with a strong nigori and sweetness from the rice, but with a strong acidity in the second half, which makes it easy to drink with a gaseous feeling 😆I personally think it is one of the best nigori sake 🤣️I really liked it 🤣.
