Hakutsuru newspaper 🍶. It was made last November 😌. This sake is supposed to be R4BY sake as they change the production around February every year. I tried to ripen it a little fresh 🤭. The top aroma is a sweet ginjo aroma that is mellow and rich. In the mouth, it has a rich and mellow umami and sweetness with a chiri-chiri acidity. It has a ripened feel and in a way it is not like Aomori sake, but it was a delicious sake with a deep flavor 😊🍶.
