This is my second bottle of Murasaki Chizu. the first one was delicious, so I went there to see what kind of sake brewery it was.
I was going to buy Hiroki because it was sold out, but there was only one bottle of Murasaki Sake made from Gohyakumangoku, so I took the chance and bought it. The rice used was Gohyakumangoku, which gave me an image of a light, dry Niigata sake, but it had a robust flavor, which was surprising. The taste is clean and clean without any cloying taste, and it goes down so smoothly that you can't help but drink one more glass. It tastes even better on the second day after opening the bottle.
I will buy some Hiroki on my next business trip.
