I like Hanamura.
I've been curious about Suiyama for a while.
At Mikawaya's Kakuchi Restaurant in Yokohama Station
It was on the menu, so try it!
It goes in like water.
Crisp and gorgeous sweetness on the palate.
The aftermath is short and goes away nicely.
The grade of "Tokujin" unfiltered raw sake is
Maybe it's just my taste.
You could buy this one for home drinking and consume it.
