The north wind is blowing and it is getting colder.
On such a frosty evening, we will enjoy a chicken hot pot full of spices and the Onihei Hankacho 😄 that we have recorded. We paired it with Hiyashibori from Konishi Shuzo, a local sake brewery. It is a junmai ginjo, but it has no peculiarities and goes well with all kinds of snacks. It is also great with ethnic nabe (hot pot) 🍲. It will be a wonderful long night 👌.
