Very dry. Tasteless and odorless impression. If I had noticed the softness and umami astringency earlier, it would have been delicious. I did not have enough training.
Purchased at a sake brewery. It is a local product.
New and beautiful building. It seems to have just opened this year. The name "Marusake" is neat.
Iizaka Onsen was also a nice and comfortable place for tourists thanks to the efforts of the local people. It was hot.
