Brilliant。全量丹後産コシヒカリ 精米55%。12月製造。立ち香は甘酸っぱい林檎。優しい口あたりから、飯米の旨甘がとろけだす。開栓して時が経ったのか、かなりまろやかな甘口です。

Andy san, all Shirakiku are made from edeble rice. Sweetness and umami spread slowly. :-)
