AninjaA beautiful red! Made from red rice. The sake brewer is female and well known (and hyped) and loved for her very personal brews. This one was extraordinary fruity and just the right amount of sweet. Not very "ricy" at all, but clearly not like a port or dessert wine, either, still a nihonshu. I loved it. Both my drinking companion and was reminded of strawberries, and it wasn't from the colour alone.
