Today is the last day of the year 2025. Today is also the last day for drinking.
Gyokusendo Shuzo's main brand, Liyuisen, is located in Yoro-machi.
Last week, when I toured sake breweries in Ogaki City, I went to Yoro Town and visited Gyokusendo Brewery.
However, since Liyuisen and Mukaze are sold by a special distributor, I bought them at a local liquor store. The one I bought was Lanjatai.
By the way, I bought this one from a store in Mugegawa Onsen. It seems that the supplier is a distributor.
The aroma is a feeling close to the nut with a strong grain feeling.
The palate starts with rice flavor and bitterness, and ends with a light sweetness and acidity.
We are grateful to have encountered a good sake.
