Dai
Purchased an Aeon limited edition. It is a Junmai Daiginjo made from 50% polished Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture. It was packaged in a white box and priced at about 1,500 yen including tax, which was very reasonable!
The sweetness and weak acidity go down smoothly, with a gorgeous, mellow finish. If I had my way, I would prefer it to cut through a bit more quickly, but the ginjo aroma is elegant, and combined with the modern-leaning drinkability, this is a perfect example of perfection 😁.
I had it with hamachi sashimi😄.
