It's a little late, but we're opening a new spring sake that we've been anticipating just before GW ❗
We had a bottle of Kame no Kai Haruura Junmai Ginjyo Usu Nigori Nama.
We had it last year and it was so delicious that we waited a year for it 😊.
The nose has a gorgeous pineapple aroma 🍍No, this aroma, it's already delicious ✌.
In the mouth, fruity overtone, refreshing sweetness and a firm rice flavor, tangy and slightly effervescent 、、、、, and a slight astringency that comes out towards the end, and a lingering aftertaste that is cut off nicely........
It is still delicious!
I love this flavor so much 😀 I'm so glad I got a bottle 😊.
I definitely want to drink this bottle again next year👍
