At home drinking.
First up was Hiroshima's local sake, Tomikunaga's Umi-fu-do.
This sake was created to go well with seafood from Akitsu, where the brewery is located, and the Seto Inland Sea.
It is characterized by its elegant acidity, and is a perfect sake to drink in a wine glass.
It is also nice that it is low-alcohol, light and easy to drink!
It may be similar to Senkou, but it's really good 😆.
