This week is the third in a row, starting Tuesday. Let's take a break alone today. Let's have a quick drink at a stand-up bar. So, I thought I'd go to Kayasha. So I ordered. Sashimi and gammo stew. As I expected, it has a fruity, core aroma and a dry aftertaste. It sinks in. Of course it goes well with sashimi, but it also goes well with the soft sweetness of stewed gammo. I'm sure it's from Yukino Kayasha.
