I opened and drank two bottles of Mizuo and Kitamitsu Masamune, which are brewed close to each other.
This one is Mizuo's Special Junmai Awakaze, 100% Kinmon Nishiki.
As indicated on the label, it is light and refreshing.
It has a slight acidity afterwards and is similar to the Honkin.
Just right for the hot weather we are having right now.
