We drank Saku-no-hana in cold water. It is a sweet and sour sake with a lot of malic acid, so I was very interested in it. The aroma is definitely apple-like. What is different from the usual? And when I took a sip, it was definitely sweet and sour! Non-carbonated cider? Can we call it sake too? But the aftertaste is definitely Japanese sake. I'm a sucker for sweetness, so this is a "yes"! But I think I'd get a little bored after half a glass.
