On my way home from a business trip to Fukuoka, I had a drink at a restaurant in Hakata City: ☺️
It is brewed with locally produced "Yume Issen" rice, which was developed in Fukuoka Prefecture, and its catchphrase is "slightly dry and full of flavor".
I especially liked the fruity aroma, but the sweetness was kept in check.
