うなろー
This is Kagamiyama from Koedo-Kawagoe.
At first, it was so strong that we thought it was a shochu liqueur, but when we got used to it, it became a little mellower.
It is characterized by its milky flavor, which is like that of avocado.
However, it is not so harsh, but rather spicy and sharp to the point of tingling.
It may be a good choice for a dish.
It was a perfect marriage with mentaiko wings from Hakata!
