もよもよ
It is a sake from Kagawa Prefecture. This is the sake recommended for warming up. The label is classic and quaint.
The taste is also very classic and classic sake. When heated, the deliciousness of the rice is enhanced. It's not bad at room temperature, but I think it tastes best with hot sake and warm food. I had it with corn kakiage, and the sweetness matched well with the food.
I think that sakes that are good for heating up are more attractive when served with food. I still don't know enough about sake that goes well with warming. It's so deep.
