On the way back from Shima Onsen yesterday, we stopped by Takamusu Sake Brewery and were told that Sakiyami is not sold directly but is available at a special distributor, and we were introduced to Square Sake Shop.
I was told they were out of stock due to its popularity, so they sent me a bottle of Sakiyami, today with a gray label. 🍶.
I was careless about opening the bottle and took off the aluminum outer cover to throw it in the trash, and the lid flew off 😲 with great force. But there was no spillage, and when I took a sip, it was a bit like Senkou.
It has a fizzy, shwashy, sweetness followed by bitterness, it's like an adult sake 🥰 this, this, this 🤤.
Looking forward to the next pink label 🤭.

My mother's family lives near Nakanojo, so I am interested in Sakuyami. Takamusume itself was like a classic sake when I drank it when I visited there for a memorial service, but this one looks delicious. It looks like an ah-ha!

I've heard that Takamusume Brewery doesn't carry Sakuyami (¯-¯٥) and that it's only available at their distributors, so if you can find it, please do 🤤 It's delicious. The next one I'm going to drink is the pink label, looking forward to it 🥰!
