It has been a long time since I have had a Tohoku Izumi.
But this Junmai Daiginjo is new to me.
It is fire-aged and does not have much individuality in taste, but it is a little dry, crisp, and stable, like a good old-fashioned sake.
It is not boring to drink, so the cup goes down smoothly. Although the alcohol content is 16.2%, it feels like 15%, making it suitable for a mid-meal drink.
Tonight's snack was homemade tuna cubes from a local fishmonger. It has a moderate flavor, not too sweet and not too spicy, and with a slice of ginger, it is delicious and has no fishy smell.
Jay & Nobby's post the other day reminded me that I have a "Nosaku" sake cup myself (I only use it on special occasions like New Year's, so it's usually tucked away in the back). ), so I took it out tonight.
Tin is a soft material, so I put too much pressure on it when I washed it, and it is a little deformed, but it is my own original, and that is probably what makes it tasteful.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby.
The tuna cubes were delicious.
My Nosaku is not personalized, but I transformed it, so it is original in a way (laughs).
