Really fragrant and fruity. It is also soft to the taste. It is not a food sake, but rather a sake that you would want to eat by itself with cream cheese or dried fruits. Of course, it has a refreshing aftertaste that is typical of sake, but I think it is easy to drink even for those who do not like sake. This is another sake that is not available at local breweries, not available at distributors in Osaka and Tokyo, and not available online (my personal opinion).
