Hanagaki, what a first Junmai!
First, cold, you can feel the richness that is typical of classic Junmai!
Next, warmed sake!
The umami flavor comes through as the temperature rises! But it didn't have the ๐ฐ feel I like in heated sake, so I think I prefer Hanagaki for heated sake.
Now that I've learned how to warm it up, I'd like to try the popular Namahashime Junmai and Yamahai Junmai!
