It's autumn, the classic season series of Tedorigawa.
This is the first time for me.
I often hear that it is not as dry as it is written, but what do you think?
It has a slightly yellowish color and a sweeter aroma than I expected.
The initial mouthfeel is sweet, but soon after, a bitterness rushes down the throat. I see, so this is a dry sake.
However, the aftertaste is quick and crisp, and there is almost no alcohol feeling.
The sweetness doesn't linger at all, so it's a sake that makes you want to have another drink with your snacks.
Because it is refreshing, it does not interfere with food. I'll have it with some good food😋.
