しょう太
This is a sake that has received many reviews. It has been a long time since I last tasted it, but the taste of rice and the crispness of the acidity are just as good as they were in the past.
This time, I paired it with horse sashimi.
Looking back, Fukushima Prefecture is the second largest producer of horse sashimi after Kumamoto Prefecture. I tasted it with Kyushu's sweet and spicy gooey soy sauce sauce with chopped green onion and ginger. The sweetness of the lean meat of the horse sashimi matched well with the sauce, and the sake went down a treat.
As a side note, I heard that in Aizu, they eat it with special spicy miso mixed with soy sauce. I would like to try it if I have a chance.
