This is the brewery of Sanada Rokubun Sen, which was purchased in Ueda City a long time ago.
The brewery was closed for a while but seems to have restarted last year.
It has a mild flavor, a slightly sweet and soft taste, and a moderate astringency on the back end.
I tried it heated, but it lost some of its crispness, so I kept it cold until the end.
