Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi using Gohyakumangoku.
Purchased at a distributor in Onomachi.
The aroma is apple-like ginjo aroma.
The acidity and sweetness are moderate. The umami is emphasized. It has a slightly strong alcohol taste, but it has no habits and is easy to drink.
There is only one more sake from Gifu Prefecture that I have yet to try.
I hope to be able to purchase it this year.
