Today it will be Shirakiku from Okunoto.
It is one of the sweetest sake in Ishikawa Prefecture.
Since it is a local sake, I have a rather good chance to drink it.
It is a little viscous and sweet like honey, but umami and acidity follow.
The sharpness is not so great. The sweetness lingers for a long time. I feel more alcohol than the alcohol content, but this may be a physical condition problem😅.
I think this sake has both modern and classic elements.
The label is also cool, just like sake, and it is one of the top recommended sakes in Ishikawa.
