It is closer to colorless than I expected. I am not sure if it is because of the ori.
This year's Naokumi had a more subdued aroma and a stronger bitterness, but the Orikagara has the same piquancy, and after a short pause in the mouth, green apples are fragrant.
After a short pause in the mouth, the green apple aroma comes through. The bitterness surrounds the sourness and sweetness. Overall, the bitterness is strong, but the fullness and sharpness are also satisfying.
