Sake given to me by my brother when I went back to my hometown, Ishikawa at the end of the year.
It has been a long time since I have had "Tedorigawa" 😋.
Very clear and refreshing impression of rice flavor and slight sweetness. Almost no acidity 🤔.
Not too clean, but still has a strong umami.
It is a good sake after all.
