AFURI Aburi (also called "ramen AFURI") mizu-hashiwaku (traditional sake brewing using water yeast and yeast yeast yeast) Slightly effervescent, slightly yellowish in color Aroma: Melon, says my partner, I think it's a little bit like cemedine (yellow color) from arts and crafts class.... Taste: Sour and acidic, like a wine. Taste: After a slightly sour wine-like acidity, it has a fresh sweet melon-like taste, The taste is a little sour like wine, followed by a fresh sweetness like melon, which disappears after a while. It is good with meuniere, salads, and dipping sauces. I think it goes well with butter. Sake from Ora Prefecture. There are still many things we don't know about. I would love to have it again. Thank you very much for your hospitality!
