Iwate has a lot of delicious sake! This time it's Murasaki Sora brewed by a female Touji from Iwate 🤗It's not empty, it's in the air! The sedimented ooze that you can see through the clear bottle looks like snow ☺️ it's so beautiful even if it's ephemeral ✨.
When you open the bottle, you can see bubbles slowly coming up from the bottom. It's alive only because it's a draft sake! I'm entranced as I watch the bubbles slowly rise 😍I take a sip of the supernatant before mixing it first, and the sweet and sour crisp acidity flows down the back of my throat. After that, when you stir it slowly and enjoy the nigori together, you will be able to enjoy the refreshing thickness and the even richer sweet and sour taste. ☺️
We will continue to do our best this year with the freshness of nama-sake, which is appropriate for the New Year!
